Ingredients are sourced from brands and operations that follow sustainable and ethical farming and manufacturing practices.

Also, we are working on building partnerships with local farmers to source most, if not all, of our ingredients to support our farmers, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve the nutrient quality and flavor of our meals.

Order as many meals as you need for the times in your day when you can't make time to prepare your own, or as a substitute for eating out.

The goal for these meals is not only to be a source of nourishment, but a welcome addition to your routine. Flavor fatigue is real, and the gut microbiome thrives on a diet that includes a variety of foods. The purpose of His Daily Bite is to be a shoulder to lean on when life feels a bit unsteady. One less thing to worry about in your busy life!

The containers that hold the meals are made from natural bagasse fiber. Bagasse fiber is the pulpy, dry residue left over from crushed sugarcane stalks. This byproduct creates plant-based packaging that's sustainable, strong, and 100% biodegradable.

We don't use plastic containers, since heating plastic in the microwave can cause microplastics to seep into the food. Recent research has shown significant amounts of microplastics in the reproductive system, which can contribute to harm to the body.

The lid is plastic, so please remove it before heating your meal.

Please dispose of the container in the trash. It cannot be composted or recycled.

The lid is plastic, so please recycle it separately rather than tossing it in with the container.

All meals are curated and prepared by Daniella Hernandez, a licensed registered dietitian in Dallas-Fort Worth who specializes in culinary medicine.

If you are requesting to cancel the order, it must be completed within the ordering window (before Friday at noon). Please contact us personally to cancel the order.

If the cancellation request is made after noon on Fridays, no refund will be issued as the order has already been processed.

You may donate the meals, or they can be donated to a local shelter in the Fort Worth area.
